In order to discover treasure on the island, Jim's friends buy a ship and recuit some men to help them. However, those men plan a plot to kill Jim and his friends, so they can take all the money on the treasure island.

Even though this is an adventureful book, it describes negative humanity such as greed, betrayal and murder. People will fight and kill with each other in order to get benefits for themselves. Besides, vicious side of personality will reveal if you can get a lot of money from betrayal. Consequently, if you are the brave and kind Jim Hawkins, perhaps there will not have so much cruel situation occurred.
