Story Summary:
The story is about one teenager snatched a bag of woman.  Inside the bag have some money and a lottery ticket.  The snatcher opened the newspaper and discovered to win a lottery number same with that.  So he was very happy.  But he also got into trouble.  Then, who will win the lottery ticket?

Reflection:
From reading the novel, I find the story very inspiring.  Human beings all have pre-destined fate and we can't seem to change it.

        This book talks about some magic of the tree.When i was a kid,i realy believed there are magic in the world.So i fantasied every day and i hope i can have something speacial magic because i want to help poeple.I even thought i was superwoman and i could fly and threw something very heavy.Fanlly,i really enjoy this book.It reminds me of my childhood memory.

The main idea:

Nick is a travel writer , write for magazine. One day, he came to San Francisco. And some ridiculous things happened.

One is he met a mystery girl, striked up a conversation with him, and kissed him before she left. The other stranger thing is there was a man with white hair observed them but he didn’t understand why.

Then he went to Vancouver, the man with white hair still followed him. One his way to the hotel, he was pushed by a hand, when he looked back, he saw the man oppositely walk back to him. He didn’t sleep well tonight because he couldn’t thing clearly to the whole strange thing which happened these days.

In English-speaking countries around the world people celebrate Easter,Valentine’s Day,Chrismas,and other special days. Some celebrations are new,like Remembrance Day and Mother’s Day;others,like the summer solstice,go back thousands of years.

The book mentioned Thanksgiving Day. In fact,I not know much about the Thanksgiving Day. Speaking of Thanksgiving Day immediately thought of a turkey.Thanksgiving Day is the fourth Thursday in November. Because I work at the pizza restaurant, In this day we always introduce related packages. That day business will be good.

In the book,Captain Blight is an obstinate and self-willed man, he never feel what is sailor’s mind, so sailors didn’t like captain. When a group a leader lost control his member’s power, the group will be dismiss.This story tell us, sometimes justice can’t win the evil.

    Many years ago, in a city in Arabia, there was a boy called Aladdia.  He live with his mother near the market, and they were very poor. He is a lazy boy and he didn't  like to work.
        One day,the old man said that he is Aladdia's uncle.   The old man gave Aladdia a lot of money, but wanted him to go under a ground.  The old man wanted Aladdia to bring the lamp to him.  Because there was too dark to gave  the lamp to the old man.  The old man was so angry, and moved  a big stone above ground.
       Alabia were so afraid ,but he found the lamp which had magic power.  This lamp helped him leave the ground, and let he become a rich man .
      I think that Aladdia  too easily  believe people,and put him to danger place.  And he is not a good son, he always hang out with friends.  He just found a magic lamp ,and he became a rich man.  He still didn't work hard.  I think that this story is not inspire me and had some unreasonable.

  I have read a book which is "The Coldest Place On Earth" from Chapter 1 to 8. At the beginning, I chose this book because I thought that is easier than all of other books. After I began to read, I found the interesting place that I had read.

  This book is talking about who is the first person to discover South Pole. That described a race ; two teams started to look for South Pole. One is from England, the captain names Robert Falcon Scott. The other one is from Norway, the captain is Roald Amundsen. I have already read 8 parts of this book, and I guess the winner of that race is Amundsen. Because their equips are better than Scott that I observed.

  Amundsen brought ski, dogs and motor sledge to the trip, and Scott brought ponies, dogs and motor sledge. The odd place that I thought is why Scott bring ponies to such a cold place, so I thought Normay is going to be the first country for discovering the coldest place on earth. But I hasn’t read the end of the book, I just guessing!
